As a new school year started, the school Party Committee held the 2024 work meeting, an occasionfor the mobilization and deployment for the “Top TUST” plan when “TUST Opinions on Accelerating High-Quality Connotation Development” was released. The “Opinions” clarified “10 Action Plans”“100 Construction Tasks”, and “A 1000-day Deadline for Cracking Hard Nuts”, which are significant decisions and key actions to win moves for promoting the high-quality development of the University.

The Party Committee of the SFL attaches great importance to the release and implementation of the “Top TUST” plan. It convened a meeting to study and deploy the plan, and the key fewas a theoretical study group conducted special learning and discussions to fully understand its idea, to build consensus on development, and seek specific measures to achieve the “10 Action Plans” with high quality based on facts. Following that, the SFL organized anall-staff meeting, where the leaders interpreted the “Top TUST” plan to all teaching staff, calling on all teachers and students to establish a firm sense of responsibility, an awareness of opportunity and urgencyto promote a working style of willingness to act, having the courage to act promptlyby focusing on goals in planningand working hard for breakthroughs in fully implementing the planto demonstrate new achievements in winning this “hard battle.” A bulletin board was set up along the corridor to vividly showcase the important theme of the plan, providing a fine atmosphere for teachers and students to further study over the long term.

Student counselors organized grade meetings, class theme meetings or meetings in other forms to help students better understand the plan, encouraging students to adapt their study plan to the overall development situation of the university and carrying forward the spirit of solidarity, cooperation, contribution and dedication to speed up the earlier realization of the plan.

Next, the SFL Party Committee will continue to conduct multi-level learning, comprehensive publicity, multi-form presentations, and multi-dimensional interpretations for all teachers and students. With simple and understandable language, it is to thoroughly explain to the teachers and students the “Top TUST” plan, the “Action Plan” and the “Working Plan”, further unifying thoughts with actions, consolidating development consensus to enable the high-quality development concept from the “Top TUST” plan a common belief to uphold, a common value to purse, and a common stand for practice among teachers and students.
