Training Reflections of Hou Yaxuan: At the beginning of my land rowing training, I was attracted by a series of scientific training methods. Through the equipment that simulates actual rowing, I was able to accurately measure the strength and speed of each move, thus quantifying the training results. In every training session, the encouragement and support from my teammates, along with the strategic arrangements made by our coach, were the driving forces pushing me forward. The land rowing training is a comprehensive and profound experience. It not only exercises my body but also enriches my spirit, allowing me to find love and perseverance for life amidst sweat and challenges. Training Reflections of Guo Zining: After joining the rowing team, I have gained countless sweats and laughter. Every rigorous training session makes me feel the limits of my body, but the encouragement and persistence from my teammates allow me to continuously go beyond my personal limits. In competitions, we collaborate as a team, with everyone’s strength converging into a sea, collectively fighting for honor, gradually synchronizing our breathing and rhythm, and reinforcing our strength for the goals. Sweat splashes; every exertion pushes us to new heights. This competition is not just a test of physical strength but also a communication of the spirit. On the field, we feel each other’s trust and cooperation, and the sense of achievement from our collective efforts far surpasses winning or losing. Because of love, we persist; we believe we can open up a new brilliant chapter for TUST rowing team with our passion. In the future, athletes will consistently uphold the positive sports culture and the essence of the Olympic spirit at TUST, dedicated to promoting the vigorous development of “Sports in the Sunshine” on campus.
