On the morning of September 9, officers from Nanyang Police Station, Jinnan Branch, visited the SFL in the Binhai mid-campus to express their gratitude to Zhao Guozhu, Party Committee Member and Vice Dean of the SFL, for his assistance in handling a sensitive international case prior to the summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization. The delegation presented a commemorative banner inscribed with the words: “Mastering Language to Promote Justice, Demonstrating Integrity through Knowledge and Action”. SFL leaders warmly received the police delegation.

Officer Sun, representing Nanyang Police Station, expressed heartfelt appreciation to Tianjin University of Science and Technology for its understanding and support of grassroots public security work. He commended Vice Dean Zhao for stepping up during a critical moment in the construction of Safe Tianjin, leveraging his professional translation skills and highly responsible attitude to help resolve practical challenges and ensure the smooth progress of police operations. This, he noted, exemplified the sense of duty among educators and their deep commitment to fairness and justice.
